Review by hotel critic
Nestled in the heart of Southwold, this charming cottage offers an exceptional value for travelers. With private parking, it's ideally positioned for both beach access and town exploration. The decor struck a balance between comfort and style, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Communication from Kerry was prompt and detailed, providing insight into local dog-friendly cafes and attractions, which was beneficial for my family. While there, we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware and an electric kettle, allowing for convenient meal preparation. The added touches-like welcome gifts for both guests and our dog-enhanced our experience significantly. The outdoor dining area offered a lovely space to unwind after a day spent hiking and touring the local breweries. This cottage is a solid choice that combines comfort with practicality at a reasonable cost.
